From our family to yours

Hello world! 

My name is William and together with my partner, Cynthia, we started this business, Nibbles and Paws. This will be a long one but is well worth the read on why we are here.

It all started with our love for cats, ever since Covid, we have been avid supporters of Cat Haven, from donating, volunteering as fostercarers and just general looking after cats with love and passion.

Our first foster fail is a beautiful boy called Kafentsis, AKA Mr Big Paws. He's the older alpha cat that inspired us to study and create wholesome recipes and also food that we would eat ourselves too. 
(Trust me is delicious and I would do a live reaction on eating our products, that's how confident I am.)

Our younger mischievous one is Nori. He was found when he was 2 weeks old and was abandoned by his mother, this is our first hand raised kitten. His love language is small nibbles and love bites AKA Mr Nibbles ! (Now you know how we came up with the name!) 

When was the last time you took a look on your food and are you aware what was it made from? Let alone for our fur babies, we used to be ignorant and just buy whatever products there is in the market, needless to say we started to question why Mr Paw's health was declining, from bad teeth to terrible clumpy fur coat or lacking energy to play.

The NASTIES

It made us went down the rabbit hole, and to think why products like sugar, processed meat products or fillers are included that should not present in their natural diet. We decided to keep it simple and have been processing freshly made wet food to treats for both our boys and also given many away to our friend's dogs and cats.

We ultimately went with freeze drying as a business model as this food processing method allow us to work with local Australian proteins that is not only high in nutrients but superb in quality that is not only good for for cats and dogs but also for humans too.

Our products are also manufacture in a 100% carbon neutral facility so it is not only great but it is 100% sustainable. 
(due to legality issue, all products is require to labelled as "pet food") 

Our mission is simple, we want to support the local Australian supply chain by working with farmers, fishermen and manufacturers to create paw-someee pet food that is so good with no nasties, that even humans can eat it! 

It isn't going to be easy as we are a small family owned business but we know we can make a difference by providing the highest quality possible treats for your pets, and this is the road that we had chosen to walk.
